Flowering Dogwood In Bloom Dangle Earrings

Blooming in early spring, the blossoms of the dogwood appear like a cloud of great snowflakes falling through the interlaced branches.

The image and text for this earring was inspired by the Mary Vaux Walcott’s North American Wild Flowers, published by The Smithsonian Institution in 1925.
